<p>Hi, </p><p>I'd like to I ask where I can get support for CR for Eclipse. I'm perfectly willing to buy the Pro version, if I can find somebody who can sell it to me. My team badly need support, but sadly this forum will not be much help, because we are based in Germany and I'm the only one here who speaks english!</p><p>I've talked to our local Business Objects rep, but he can not help, he's hard of the product, but that's all! </p><p> We currently have the problem that some reports created with the developer client will not run properly when imported into the Java environment. Maybe there is already something here to help, but as I've already said, the team working on this project don't speak enough english, and I don't have time to play the translator. </p><p>Thanks in advance for any help</p><p> </p><p>George </p>
We have a support contract and have never received any information (user account) to access our support after the switch to SAP. An earlier email claimed someone would receive the account information, but I checked with coworkers and no one has gotten an email with this information. We are now paying for support that we cannot use. I tried the old business objects phone number, but it just tells me as of 7/7 to go to the site and ends the call. Any idea on how we access our support?
