HCP Trial MDC Instance stuck in “Creating” state

Hello,

I am trying to create a MDC database on HCP Trial., the database is stuck in “Creating” state since yesterday. I am not able to delete the database as it is in “creating” state nor am able to create a new one.

I would really appreciate any help.

      Any solution ?

      One could be to not delete periodically HANA trial, as it seems to be difficult to re-create it ;-)))))

      Thank you for feedback on this general problem as it seems unuseful to create an incident as the problem is known….
