In ESS time recording for new employee holiday hours are shown but not shown for old employee.
I had an issue in ESS, under Record Working Time screen.
Employee is hired on Tuesday and Monday is an holiday. When newly hired employee logs into ESS for recording work time, a grayed out line is displayed with holiday hours. But whereas, when an old employee logs into portal for entering time no line with holiday hours are displayed. Can you please let me know how to identify the root cause of the issue.
No holiday hours are displayed for existing employee. Only for new employee who is hired on Tuesday holiday hours are displayed which we cannot delete from portal.
Please advice on this issue.
