Cancellation of recorded, released and approved project time

    Hi All,

Is it possible to cancel recorded, released and approved project times? If yes, do these time recordings need to be posted in the project as a credit memo via an invoice request?

    Looking forward to your replies.

    Many thanks in advance!

    Kind regards,

    Georg Solder

      Hello Georg,

The cancellation scenario for already invoiced time and expense works like this :

Whenever there is a time recording we create an entry under not invoiced time and expense. When the original time entries had been invoice and on cancellation of original invoiced time entries it becomes visible again with the negative time entries under time and expense view.

Now you have to invoice the negative entries separately to balance the credit.

      Best regards, Sahalya
