Basic Modeling in Data Warehouse Workbench

Can anybody explain, how to load the data from a flat file to BI system, step by step? By creating InfoArea, InfoObject Catalog, InfoObjects, Data Source.

I have already created InfoArea, InfoObject Catalog and InfoObjects. I am confused, what the next step? How to create Data Source to load the data from a local flat file?

    Please help me with this.
