Advice on setting up Business Partners vs Contact Persons
I need some advice on which option to pick. To give you some background, we have two sides to our business, corporate B2B sales and the general B2C public.
We currently have all corporate customers set up as Business Partners, and all B2C public customers set up as a single business partner ‘web sales’, with multiple different contact persons.
With the release of a new B2C website, I wanted to understand if giving all B2C customers their own Business Partner code would be beneficial. So, for our B2C volume sales, do we have customers set up as separate business partners or a single business partner with multiple different contact persons?
